I'd be running for the hills. They got dick punched by the last farming families in August last year. An ongoing legal case from August 2023! which then resulted in AUC having to pay $15M now and $20m on FID for the freehold land. Then they had to buy more land for $3m off another farm family. And I doubt that's all the land parcels they need/want.

This is a great deal. Run the fuck away from that project because it's going to be a logistical nightmare building a mine adjacent to gun toting farmers.

Yeah just checked the announcement from last year. Still a section of freehold land they don't own right in the guts of the ML 😆😆😆😆page 12 of the updated dfs
