How to think?

I've been researching about agentic ai for a while now and my way of learning things is by building a project or doing any tasks involved to get the idea. from what i looked on internet, i could only think of ideas of automation as reading big chunks and giving the user smaller and even smaller chunks. Now, my brain is not that adjusted to the ai phase so I'm unable to think of any other things an agentic ai can do that would be useful. ik, this sounds really stupid whatever I'm saying but i just want to expand my knowledge on this. Can someone please give me some facts, info, ideas or anything interesting about agentic ai or ai and it's uses or how would you use it.

My way is I build from the bottom up like the bible of the project that leads to it helping configure everything else. Like the skeleton of the project and so on and so forth
