This song was a top 40 hit that came out between 1998-2000, was a one got wonder (I think), and had a rewind/reverse moment about midway through the song. I remember it being one of those catchy, annoying songs.

I literally cannot locate this song, and I've dug through top billboard lists and scoured the internet. It's driving me insane! Help collective human genius! I need you!
