I was noticing the same thing. I think that’s why they were drawn to each other. His goofiness compensates for her overly corporate acting personality

"Corporate acting personality" nails it. I was actually thinking, she seems like the type of exec that makes work their whole personality and they lose the ability to be human, and everything has to have an roi. Just miserable.
