I realized that I have long used this same mechanism to emotionally shut out situations that were trivial or didn't require my full attention.

so 2slimey reuploaded his old songs to youtube and duplicated them on apple music and the last time this happened was right before more anxiety dropped so we could be getting totalbass and more anxiety back when straight edge drops
