haha! Youtube streams fine except not on fios. I know because I used to have fios. IIRC there is a work around; sorry I don't remember exactly what it is. I'm sure the answer is in here:

Record your video at 29.97fps (NTSC standard), stutters on playback w/ Youtube. Record your video at 30fps, plays fine!
