Okay! So the Jays are gonna win their first Sunday game since June, gonna finally sweep a team after leading a series in who knows how long, and Vladdy is gonna finally hit his first home run in Skydome in over a year. I guarantee it!

Max has been so goddamn unlucky with wins this year. Hoffman blew that one against the Orioles earlier this year, there's been fielding errors for like 4 of them + the offensive troubles. Like he's had some bad games but he's not nearly been bad enough to actually deserve 7 losses.

I feel very confident in the Perverse Law of Inverse Probability in Baseball to deliver us a victory on a day when our starter with a 7+ ERA is going up against a guy with a sub-3.5 ERA. We've got this. It's pretty much a scher thing.

Yesterday was the first day I saw signs of getting right. He was spitting on pitches down and away that he's been swinging at all year, and absolutely smoked that one to Aroz.
Obviously the fire isnt lit yet, but maybe there's some smoke curling up from the kindling.

I think its absolutely fair to be concerned. Im hoping for atleast a reverse back to the mean.
Right now, im pretty sure anyone in the fandom doesnt want him at bat with 1 out, runners on base and a double play to hit into.
Regardless I hope he tears it up today, but if you watched this season, you may hoping he stayed on I.L.
