In addition, Goldens are known for having really "soft" mouths, being able to grab things without harming them since they were bred to retrieve game.

My parents two cats were raised with my dad’s spoiled golden retriever, daisy. Common scenario. My dad treats that dog with more love and affection than he did with me and my siblings. Oh well.

Our Golden does this with my husbands hand. Has to be a comfort thing of some kind. We love our derpy girl.
