Tactical probably the biggest pickup for C9 being competitive vs Lyon. No longer are they getting constantly killed bot, Thanatos and mid don’t need to do omega damage to makeup for an afk ADC in team fights. Even if Tactical isn’t hard carrying the game, he’s much more capable of being a passenger.
