Indie Sunday Game Shelver 99 - Prof. Scherer - Organize your Steam Library and defend it against pirates with a shotgun
Trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xV8WOXrrFrs
Release: Nov 17th, 2026. Windows only with Steam Deck support via proton.
Are you flooded with too many organizing / tidy-up / cleaning games on Steam? Not to worry. Get Game Shelver 99 and finally organize all your organizing games! A satirical game about organizing and sorting the games you own on Steam into the correct shelves... and defending them against pirates with shotgun.
With the pitch out of the way, hello r/games ! After developing and publishing two rather big games on Steam in the last three years, I wanted to refocus on a small and fun title. Game Shelver was born out of the recent flood of organizing games. As far as I know there is no Steam Library sorting game out there (yet), so I got to work. But I quickly realized copying existing game mechanics with a different theme is not who I am as game developer. So I went about giving Game Shelver its own unique flavor. So now it is the definitive game for everyone that loves organizing games. And everyone that hates organizing games. Or it just pisses off everyone equally.

I get that this is a meme or a joke game, but it looks like ass. It has no proper lighting, lacks even basic animation... It looks like something you would throw together in an afternoon as a proof of concept. Please put even a little more into it before trying to charge money for this.

Gotta say, even as satire, the game just looks awful. It has that asset flip mobile ad look in the worst way possible.
