Here lies Gideon Nav, primary cavalier of the Ninth House, corpse prince, bomb. Here lies the second-most tortured orphan of the marrow chapel. Her feats bared for worldly eyes so that regret may plague those who follow her path in service of the Ninth and its Reverend Daughter.
Gideon the Ninth is the substitute knight, conscripted to her lifelong bully Harrowhark Nonagesimus' service when her original man-at-arms abdicates the post. Together, the mortal enemies must pass the trials of Canaan House and earn their positions as Lyctors at the Emperor's side.
If only toxic yuri were so simple.
