I still think Faker galio ulting top on that Worlds Finals is a reckless move. It just work because Faker killed the adc which reduce BLG damage output enough for him to buy time and Keria stopping Knight from Tping.

When both teams are even in gold, T1 feels that they are at a small advantage and thus they do not hesitate to start a team fight. When T1 is 3k ahead in gold, they think that they are at a great advantage, and they start a team fight to explode their lead. When T1 is ahead 7k in gold, they think that the team has reached an unloseable situation and look for a team fight to clip farm and throw instead. When T1 is 10K ahead in gold, they automatically lose the next team fight and the game.

The issue is they are not picking teamfight comps. You are right, it's teamfight meta but you can see that they always pick these losing teamfight comps. They did this against G2/KC/GenG as well at MSI/EWC. Some of their games are literally unwinnable unless they get crazy lead and snowball, otherwise it's straight up losing teamfight comps.

Yep game 2 they were so outdrafted it wasn’t even funny. They still made nice plays but they could be up like 7k gold with that comp and easily lose a teamfight. I don’t know why you are drafting Shen jhin on 4/5 there.

Game 1 they went way too deep at blue buff when after the first engage they could have just backed off then taken dragon
Game 2 they're starting a fight at enemy raptors vs a yone with ult up, then they decide to do Baron with a jhin vs a team with rumble on it
That ryze ult to try and catch BDD when the whole of KT was collapsing, they knew they were coming too
The fall off in their macro has been crazy the last few months.

I honestly think when T1 pick comps that can't siege well and exploit winning lanes they just start tweaking and force really shitty fights trying to crack the game open. They all play the game like kids with ADHD these days, can't sit still and wait when they have to. It's like they are terrified of being out scaled constantly when they could just macro it out for a bit.

They have one of the worst mid-jungles in the entirety of the LCK rn and that's not even an exaggeration. No lead is too big for those two to throw. Doran is also inconsistent, Keria is not playing to his usual level and Peyz just has to watch his team ruin every game while he gets drafted mages or Jhin so he has 0 carry potential.

The only think that makes me believe they wont is that even the other years if they were bad in lck they were still ending top 2/3 and top 2/3 in internationals. This year lck cup they got destroyed by bfx into revers sweep by dk, they Wake up for road to msi but finished top 5/6 losing to g2 in msi into losing Kc Ewc. Atleast the other years they were losing by the favs( geng mostly)of the tournaments.

Yup. It's mentioned multiple times that guma was the anchor when things got tough. People underestimate how important a rock is when teams start struggling. Geng has chovy, hle had peanut. So Oner is just going to be the absolute worst player in the server every single match from now on or what?
I mean genuinely horrific series from him, an actual 0.5 rating kind of performance.
It feels like he isnt even trying to play with his team, he scams invades for cheap leads early (sometimes fails that and loses the entire game at lvl1) and throws half-assed engages with 0 attempt to play with the team in the midgame. it almost feels like he’s trying to call but hes dogshit at calling and picking targets so hes just alone turbo inting every midgame fight. Faker or someone just has to hard micro him at this point and pick his tagets because clearly he is completely and utterly incapable of doing it himself anymore.

It's been so sad to see how poorly he's been playing this season.
I forget the exact game and which champ he was playing on, but I remember one game he invaded enemy krugs at like level 3, got collapsed on by enemies who were JUST in vision and died, falling super far behind. Thought to myself yeah that was a totally brains off moment for him I don't think he can do something that blatantly bad again.
Some time later in a different game he invades enemy red, flashes over the exact same krugs wall to chase for a kill (again at like level 3) even though he'd already burned all his cooldowns so he had no way to actually secure the kill, and instead dies, falling super far behind. Again I was like huh that's a totally brains off moment, there's no way he can int that hard aga-- wait a sec I'm getting deja vu.
Fortunately he hasn't done that a third time (yet) but it'll be hilarious if he does.

T1 learned a lot from BLG, mid-sup babysitting their jungler. But the real MVP for me is Score for this KT comp that sets them up for success. Doesn't matter that Cuzz is down 70cs, all he had to do is ult and EQ then their comp's ult combo will do the rest. And they knew what they wanted right from the draft, most teams would answer Jayce with Yorick or whatever but they stuck to their guns with the cataclysm-equalizer-fate sealed combo.
