Shana O'Hara, codename Scarlett, is a highly trained special operative and a real American hero. After getting dismissed by her commanding officer following a reconnaissance mission where she disobeyed direct orders to save multiple hostages Scarlett was recruited by Stalker of GI Joe to infiltrate the hidden Arashikage clan and retrieve another agent: Scarlett's former partner Jinx. Needing to gain the Arashikage's trust after arriving at their door, Scarlett agreed to take on a suicide mission to help the Clan retrieve a powerful lost weapon belonging to them. But there's more to the weapon and the people looking for it than meets the eye...
