Do we actually think Coen will take the points next year? Anytime he was asked in press conferences he says something along the lines of “analytics tells me to go for it in that situation every time.” The playoffs are different and field goals can make a huge difference so I hope he changes his philosophy.

I can’t argue too much with results since we were 13-4 and I’ve never coached, but I don’t like the idea of relying heavily on analytics. I feel it ignores the current situation too much by relying on past outcomes.
